Boulder, Colorado – Downtown Pearl Street
Boulder has create some incredible ambiance in their downtown. Look at the variety in the public gathering spaces, the lush and inviting plantings, the great pedestrian enhancements, the unique storefronts and the variety. They also have some great bike enhancements as well. It would be great for Provo to incorporate some of these great ideas into our own Downtown
